You can find your shipping costs and shipping option at checkout (before payment). Outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.
In case of any incorrect delivery address, our carrier is unable to complete the delivery and the shipments will be returned to our warehouse at your expense and according to our shipping policy. Any new delivery tentative will also be charged at you via invoice. If after 8 business days we don’t have any response from you, the order will be cancelled.
RETURNS
The purchaser has a 15-day trial period (except for consumable products, used brushes, and towels).
If the product is not satisfactory during this 15-day period, the customer may return it in perfect condition and in its original packaging (properly protected to prevent damage during transport).
The refund will be issued using the same payment method (excluding shipping costs and taxes), after evaluation of the product’s condition.
We recommend that you mark the package as “returned goods” to avoid additional customs fees. Please note: we strongly recommend returning items using a tracked shipping service and obtaining and keeping proof of postage, as we are not responsible for items that do not reach us.
Rinse your razor well with water after each use to remove any residue. Dry it carefully with a towel.
Always remove the blade after shaving. Do not leave the blade inside the razor.
Store your razor in a dry place to keep it in good condition.

What payment methods can I use?
We offer 35 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and Diners as well as many different local payment methods including Klarna, iDEAL, AliPay, Sofort, giropay, and many more.
Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you can select the currency according to your preference, and you will see the prices displayed in your chosen currency. The payment will always be charged in Euros and converted by your bank into your local currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?
At the moment, we do not offer this service.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
