You can find your shipping costs and shipping option at checkout (before payment). Outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.
In case of any incorrect delivery address, our carrier is unable to complete the delivery and the shipments will be returned to our warehouse at your expense and according to our shipping policy. Any new delivery tentative will also be charged at you via invoice. If after 8 business days we don’t have any response from you, the order will be cancelled.
RETURNS
The purchaser has a 15-day trial period (except for consumable products, used brushes, and towels).
If the product is not satisfactory during this 15-day period, the customer may return it in perfect condition and in its original packaging (properly protected to prevent damage during transport).
The refund will be issued using the same payment method (excluding shipping costs and taxes), after evaluation of the product’s condition.
We recommend that you mark the package as “returned goods” to avoid additional customs fees. Please note: we strongly recommend returning items using a tracked shipping service and obtaining and keeping proof of postage, as we are not responsible for items that do not reach us.
Rinse your razor well with water after each use to remove any residue. Dry it carefully with a towel.
Always remove the blade after shaving. Do not leave the blade inside the razor.
Store your razor in a dry place to keep it in good condition.

I bought this razor from TRC. Its a contender for best razor ive ever used. Ive tried every high end razor known to man....Seygus, Nord, Wolfman, Above the Tie, Blackland, the list goes on. This tops them all and its so simply and so affordable. Guys at tatara NAILED this design. It works with most blades i have found.
Probably the best half DE single edge out there. Pivot works well, however like a cartridge you do need to apply more pressure than you would for a traditional DE. Also, the lightness of the aluminium means you need to apply pressure as well. Its so mild that you don't think you've shaved anything but actually your skin is like post shave with a medium blade gap DE. Good daily driver if you're still half asleep and also time constrained.
Der Rasieter ist toll! Sanfte Rasur, trotzdem von sehr guter Gründlichkeit! Leider hielt die Begeisterung nur wenige Tage, da er die Reinigung im Ultraschall Gerät leider nicht vertägt! - Der Lack geht ab, kleine Schrauben lösen sich und der Rasierer ist leider kaputt! -Sehr schade!
Okay... first impression? This looks so premium! The razor feels really sturdy, the design is beautiful, and I love that it's reusable. Definitely giving luxury vibes without all the plastic. I can't wait to try it!
It shaves BBS (Baby Butt Smooth) with almost no irritation. It's extremely easy to change blades, it accepts double-edge blades, and both the build quality and the magnets are excellent. The handle is also great and isn't slippery at all. I had a problem with my order, and customer support went above and beyond to help me and solve the issue. Great product and even better people behind it.

I took a chance on this razor after watching some reviews on YouTube. I must admit im glad I did. Its quite simply exellent! I am a daily shaver and this is so convenient and simple to use. Its close and i get a really good shave. I would certainly recommend this razor to anyone.
Ich besitze bereits viele Rasierhobel in allen Preisklassen. Ich kenne natürlich auch die von Leafshave mit dem beweglichen Kopf, wobei diese mir zu klobig sind. Und das ist hier das Stichwort für diesen Rasierer. Er ist extrem schlicht vom Design und kompakt. Alternativ kenne ich noch den Proof Rasierer aber dieser ist deutlich teurer und wird nicht in der EU verkauft. Mit 10% Rabatt (von Youtubern) bekommt man hier für etwa 63 Euro inkl. Versand einen total überraschend guten Rasierer. Er ist mild aber effizient mit den richtigen Klingen (Personna GEM bei mir). Der absolute Vorteil ist, dass man wirklich alle Stellen am Körper damit rasieren kann und das sehr leicht und bequem. Ich habe davor immer einen Rasierhobel OC und den LeafTwig für die "schwierigen" Stellen verwendet. Für alle "Profis" und vor allem für alle Neulinge, die vom Systemrasierer weg wollen. Kauft ihn unbedingt. Ihr werdet es definitiv nicht bereuen :)
Kleine "Kritik" am Rande für Natushave:
Die Produktbilder sind nicht wirklich gut. Das Licht stimmt nicht und man kann nicht erkennen, wie die Farben in der Realtät aussehen. Die meisten Youtuber haben auch nur die silberne Variante. Hier müsste man von ALLEN Farben nochmal neue Bilder machen oder gleich ein Kurzes Video, wo man alle Farben kurz zeigt (das habt ihr ja bereits von grün, schwarz und silber).
This razor is a lot easier to use than I initially expected, and far safer.
Coming from the original Leaf razor, the single blade design makes it far easier to shave tight areas, like below the nose, and in the pubic region.
The minimal blade exposure makes it really safe for more careless/sensitive users. The only downside is I have to do multiple passes to get a smooth shave, due to said exposure.
Arrived in perfect condition. It has been a week and I have found that the combination of a very sharp blade (Bic) and some pressure you get a BBS shave every time. No injuries, nick, cuts or razor burns. In fact I look forward to my morning grooming. I highly recommend your Natu safety razor
I've been using it for a few days to shave my head and I'm really happy with it so far. It took me a little while to get used to the right angle and pressure, but after a few shaves I'm getting the hang of it and it gives a really close shave.
It is very nice razor. Smooth on the skin.

Excellent razor
I have tried just about everything from DE razors to 5 blade cartridges. By far this gives me the most consistently comfortable shave ever. I have always been a big fan of pivoting heads and the action in the Natu is just right. It also gives the flexibility to use any DE blade to get the balance of closeness and comfort.
This razor is fantastic—arguably the best I’ve ever owned. The shaving head is so precisely calibrated that it truly cuts the hair right at the skin's surface. There is absolutely no skin irritation or bleeding after shaving; even shaving against the grain works flawlessly. It represents a hybrid of a safety razor, a classic razor, and a cartridge razor. I prefer this one; it is a masterfully crafted tool, born of great expertise and passion. Moreover, it is quite reasonably priced and will likely last for many years—if not decades.

Ho acquistato il rasoio Natu perché mi incuriosiva dopo aver visto su You-Tube alcune presentazioni del prodotto. Lo sto usando e mi sto trovando bene. Rasoio molto delicato, non irrita la pelle, la tecnica di rasatura va studiata, l'adattamento è molto veloce. Un bel rasoio!
